Uplands is a gated neighbourhood above Bee Cave with access from both Highway 71 and Bee Caves Road, and the Hill Country Galleria, H-E-B and Whole Foods a few minutes away. Lots typically run from half to three-quarters of an acre, with some larger parcels, and three- and four-car garages are standard. The homes vary enough in style to feel custom rather than uniform, and the neighbourhood's mature trees have grown into a canopy over the streets. It's in Lake Travis ISD, zoned to Lake Pointe Elementary, Bee Cave Middle and Lake Travis High.
