These terms cover appointments booked with TRZ Shine & Detail for mobile auto detailing in the Austin, Texas area, including Barton Creek Country Club. Booking an appointment means you agree to them.
The short version: change or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before it starts and there's no charge at all. Inside 24 hours, or if nobody's there when we arrive, there's a $50 fee.
Reply to your confirmation text or call (737) 734-2828. As long as it's more than 24 hours before your appointment, there is no fee and no limit on how many times you reschedule — we'd much rather move you than have you skip a detail.
A $50 fee applies when:
The reason it exists: your appointment reserves a block of time and the drive out to you. Inside 24 hours that slot almost never gets refilled, so it's time we can't work and can't offer to anyone else.

If you're not sure whether something counts, just ask. We'd rather hear from you than not.
We do not keep a card on file and nothing is charged automatically. If a fee applies, we send an invoice through Square — an itemized "Late cancellation / no-show fee" — which you can pay by card. Your next booking isn't blocked while it's outstanding.
Appointment times are start times, and traffic across Austin isn't perfectly predictable. If we're running behind we'll text you. Being late on our side is never grounds for a fee on yours.
Mobile detailing needs a few things to go well: access to the vehicle, enough room to work around it, and for most services a water source and standard outlet within reach. If you're not sure your spot works, text us a photo and we'll tell you before you book.
Prices shown at booking are starting prices for the vehicle size and package selected. Heavy soiling, pet hair, or excessive sap or tar may need an add-on, and we'll tell you what it costs and get your OK before doing the extra work — never after.
Recurring plans have no contract and can be cancelled any time. The cancellation policy above applies to each individual visit on a plan the same way it applies to one-time bookings.
