Our answer is the water itself — we rinse with de-ionized water at 0 PPM, so there is nothing left in it to dry into the paint even in July heat, then finish with a wax that brings the shine back.

Yes — that is how nearly every downtown detail happens. We work in your assigned space with our own water and power, so nothing is needed from the building.
What about low garage ceilings?
Not a problem. Everything we use fits under a standard garage clearance — there is nothing tall to raise and no lift involved.
Do you need a key or do I need to be there?
Either works. Plenty of downtown customers leave the car unlocked in their space and get a text with photos when it is finished.
